Description
Ladle Refractory Castable
The ladle castable is made of AI2O3-SiC series materials. After the selection of granules, additives, binders and dosage of raw materials, it is made by reasonable optimization.The basic characteristics of ladle castables are that their service life must exceed 900 times, and the temperature used usually does not exceed 1400°C. Because of this,it must have good thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance and relatively high strength. After injecting a certain amount of silicon carbide, some low melting point substances can be reduced, and the erosion resistance and wear resistance can be improved.
