Q2: What are your main products?

A: Electrical panels, DC/AC circuit breakers, DC isolators, GFCI with ARC fault (RCD), rapid shutdown, MCCB, distribution boxes, cabinets, terminal lugs, busbars, solar cables and other UL and CE approved cables, 3M tapes for wire connecting, etc.

Q3: How about your lead time?

A: Generally speaking, we need about 3 – 5 days to make sample. For orders, it takes about 15 – 30 days based on qty.

Q4: Do you provide samples? Is it free or with charge?

A: Yes, we can offer sample for free, and freight collect.

Q5: How about payment terms?

A: Payment <=USD1000,  100% in advance;  Payment >=USD1000, 30% in advance, balance before shipment.

Q6: What services do you provide when arranging order?

A: Drawing check even for the smallest issue, then make sample. We provide free sample + QC report before mass production, update production schedule weekly. We provide detailed production photos, QC inspection report for mass production, then arrange shipment, we will inform customer 7 days in advance before finishing the order. We welcome customer inspection and third party inspection. Telex release original documents.
