1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company? How big does your company ?

A:We are a factory with export license. We have 3 factories GMP certificated.

Shenzhen central factory occupied :68000 square meters

Shanghai factory occupied:40000 square meters

Hanan Yangpu factory occupied:30000 square meters

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in No.6 Qianglan Rd,Pingshan New District,Shenzhen city,Guangdong Province.All of customers are warmly welcomed to visit our factory.

3.Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we not only make our own brand products but also do OEM orders with cusomer's LOGO for many years.

4.Q:What’s your price and payment terms?

A:Normally we quote FOB Shenzhen price and accept 30%deposit in advance,the 70%balance prepaid before shipment by T/T.

5.Q:How can I get some samples?

A:1 or 4 stock samples will be free,customer pay the freight. If prepare some special customized samples,we shall collect sample charges.Fees will be depend on the total quantity and requirements.Normally we need 7 days to get it ready.Deliver the parcel by TNT DHL Fedex UPS EMS etc.
