1.The vehicle body is made of high-quality steel, advanced technology and strict production. The structure of the vehicle is reasonable, the performance is reliable, the operation is simple and the appearance is beautiful.
2.The frame of series semi-trailer is of through beam structure, and the longitudinal beam is of flat type or gooseneck type. The web height shall be welded from 400mm to 550mm manganese plate, the longitudinal beam shall be automatically embedded welded, the frame shall be shot peened, and the transverse beam shall be penetrated into the longitudinal beam and welded as a whole.
3.The suspension adopts the non independent steel plate stamping type rigid suspension, which is made of series steel plate spring and suspension support; the structure is reasonable and has strong rigidity and strength, which is used to support the load and reduce the impact.
