aw200+as series Pipe-to-pipe welding system


The as series sealing welding head is a special head designed for all-position TIG welding, suitable for pipe and pipe welding with pipe diameters ranging from medium 3 to medium 165.2mm.


Welded pipe fittings are suitable for butt joints of stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloys and other materials.


Mainly used in dry pharmaceutical pipelines, food, bioengineering electronics, instrumentation and other industries pipeline installation


Closed welding, good welding protection effect, beautiful surface shape, suitable for on-site installation with small operating space, good accessibility.


Rotating non-winding structure,the cooling mode of the machine head is mainly water-cooled, light and with high temporary load rate.


The positioning method is the fixture positioning, and the positioning is accurate. There are operation buttons on the handle of the machine head for easy operation.

The aw400 program-controlled welding power source is composed of a control system, an inverter core, and a cooling water tank. The equipment adopts German Siemens PLC control system to precisely control various input and output signals. 7-inch touch man-machine interface, the system comes with one-key assignment, reducing tedious data input. Chinese interface, you only need to have basic welder foundation to be able to operate Real-time display of welding parameters to achieve automatic attenuation. Modular design, easy to maintain and maintain. Arc length tracking and yaw motion functions meet the needs of different tooling.
