Main Feature
1)Automatic conveying positioning cardboard and medium diameter cardboard, linear guide rail and electromagnetic air suction device control automatic pick-up and delivery.
2)Automatic hemming, bidirectional reciprocating automatic hemming system can complete the hemming operation on both sides at one time.
3)Cover hot melt glue, constant temperature water heating, step-less speed regulation, heated animal glue, and water-based latex can be the main components such as the top roller, rubber plate, heating water plate and anti-coiling baffle are made of copper alloy material, with uniform heat conduction and fast heating.
4)The upper rubber part is equipped with an anti-water vapor evaporation device to avoid the paper curling and winding roll caused by the moisture on the cover.
5)Anti-rolling file adaptive design, without adjustment. The coating thickness can be adjusted as needed.
6)Quantitative water replenishment, which can be freely adjusted and controlled to maintain the appropriate viscosity of the glue.
7)Plug-in hemming pressure quick adjustment to adapt to different thicknesses of the cardboard. The hemming position can be adjusted according to the requirement.
