Mesh belt continuous furnace

The production line is suitable for light-hardening, thin-layer carburizing and other heat treatment of ferrous metal parts in light industry, textile, hardware tools, bearings, chains, standard parts, self-tapping screws and other industries under the control of controlled atmosphere. The treated parts have the advantages of bright surface, no decarburization, uniform hardness and no deformation. The production line has the characteristics of easy adjustment of process parameters, pollution-free, remarkable energy saving and high productivity.

1.Hardening Quenching furnace

The furnace is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing, and other heat treatment of bicycle parts, sewing machine parts,standard parts, steel ball bearings, rollers, nails, screws and other small parts.

2. Tempering Furnace

The tempering furnace is used for tempering general metal parts in air and quenching, annealing and aging heat treatment for aluminum alloy die-casting parts, pistons, aluminum plates and other light alloy parts. The shell is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the trolley is welded by section steel and steel plate. The trolley reduces heat radiation and convection loss through soft contact with the furnace lining and sand sealing mechanism, effectively ensuring the sealing of the furnace body.
