Steam jacket kettle:
Vertical jacket kettle in stainless steel 304, which with dimple jacket inside the walls for steam inject and heating.It takes the steam as thermal source.The inner surface contacted with product are all SUS304 or SUS316,which is mirror finished.Outer surface is matt finished.
Electrical jacket kettle:
Feature: Our electrical jacket kettle takes heat conducting oil as thermal source.Compare with steam heating,the heating temperature of of the electrical jacket kettle is higher than steam jacket kettle,which can shorten the cooking time.
