1. Use the DC12V adapter to operate the device.

2. Click "-" one time to choose single playback or loop sequence. And long press for around 3 second to turn down the volume.

3. Click "+" one time to next audio. And long press for around 3 second to turn up the volume.

4. When finishing download or copy the MP3 files, restart the device and continue playing.

· Audio Replacement·

I. You are requested to convert the audio files you needed to MP3 format.

II. Connected to computer via USB Flash Drive, you are requested to create a new folder named “00” firstly, and then copy the audio as you need.

III. Turn on the device again to play the required audio.

A: Transfer your MP3 files via micro SD card or micro USB cable. And then copy the MP3 audio files as you need.

Q6. How to ship the goods?
A: We can ship by air or sea, all is up to the quantity. If the orders is less than 50 pieces, we suggest the air shipping by door to door. For mass production which is over 1000 pieces, you can ship by LCL.

Q7. The package can be customized?
A: If the quantity is up to 500 pieces, we can make it.

Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customers have to pay the sample cost and the freight cost.
