1. What is the price of your umbrella?
The best way to receive accurate price information is to send us a sample which we then analyze before giving an exact price quotation. We are not the cheapest factory in our area but our customers save a lot of money in their organization due to goods always being delivered on time and a minimum amount of time for checking production and communicating.

2. What is the level of your quality?
We do high quality umbrellas with focus on all aspects of the umbrellas like materials, stitchings , packing and delivery.

For example,we only accept using black yarn to make the black fabric, using enough thick and enough weighty high-grade metal to make the meter frame to have sturdy construction and using super quality fiberglass to make the fiberglass frame, and we use the advanced environment-friendly electroplating to make sure the color can sustained more long time. we told all of our suppliers that offering us the real, 100% good materials, we would rather pay you little more insteading of offering lower price by offering low quality materials. and our production workers know that we would rather they slow down the speed to gurantee the quality instead of being fast but making bad quality.

3. What is your MOQ minimum order quantity?
We don't really like to put a set MOQ, we are always completely honest about the costs of the umbrellas we quote and our customers are well aware of the added costs if quantity is not so big. Basically it starts when dyeing the fabric. A dyeing tub contains about 1500pcs of 23" umbrella so if the quantity is less than that per colour then the fabric price will increase slightly per piece. This cost is not the end of the world if we stay above1000 pcs.
On prints we have a really good supplier for roller print, we always use pigment print as they can deliver a quality so close to reactive print that it takes a seasoned print expert to tell the difference. MOQ´s on the roller print is 2000 pcs/style, less than that is possible but then we get penalized with 100 USD/colour and a 200 USD for the machine startup costs as the rolls are very expensive and it takes a long time to set machine etc.

4. What is your lead time?
Lead Time: First Order: 25-35 days (after all details are confirmed). This is the minimum, very large orders might take a bit more time with a max of 3 months for 250K + orders.
Repeat Order: 6 weeks. Again this is the minimum, larger orders might take a bit more.
