Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Machinery Line(CCR Line)
This machine is applied to manufacture 8mm bright copper rod by adopting a technology of continuous casting and rolling. Cathode copper or Scrap copper is chosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts: shaft melting furnace, holding furnace, 60T reverberatory furnace,5-wheel continuous casting machine, automatic scrolling shearer, straightening & edge shaver, casting bar brushing machine,continuous rolling machine and orbital coiler and electrical control system, and so on.
