Quality inspection process
Strict quality inspection process is the core part of the quality control system of Xinxin Century Electronics Co., Ltd. We have advanced inspection processes, professional testing equipment, and experienced IQC engineers and professional and responsible work attitudes to ensure that customers receive high-quality goods.
Step1Appearance inspection
--We will perform appearance inspection for all incoming goods and make detailed inspection records.
• Brand, model, quantity, production date, ROHS environmental standard testing
• Outer packaging inspection, whether the packaging is in good condition/complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards
• Screen printing (Marking) inspection, consistency inspection, check the original specifications
• Material appearance inspection, dust and debris condition, whether the pin is deformed, and whether the pin has signs of oxidation
Step 2 Engineer review
--We will conduct a comprehensive re-inspection of materials supplied by "first-tier suppliers" that are not in the system.
• Product appearance re-inspection
• Check the original label and code mark against the quality control database
• Barcode inspection
• Check with the original batch, production batch number, year and product packaging for consistency
• Simple electrical performance test
Step 3 Quality Test
--All products not identified during the re-inspection process will enter the quality testing process. Products are tested by third-party labs (such as Whitehorse, CECC labs)
• Solderability test
• Open lid test
• X-RAY conformance test
• XRF/EDX/EDS testing
