Working Principle
Micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer is a kind of energy-saving and efficient dryer, which is a product developed by absorbing the advantages of micro heat regeneration and heatless generation. The regenerated gas is used to purge and regenerate the adsorption tower bed after the micro thermal heating increases the temperature, which can save the regeneration gas consumption, has good reeffect and longer adsorption working time.

B. Performance improvement
1. Low noise during operation. Silent check valve and high-performance muffler are adopted to ensure the minimum noise during operation and exhaust;
2. Low pressure automatic protection function, when the working pressure is lower than the normal control pressure of the valve, it will stop automatically for protection, and restart automatically when the pressure rises, so as to avoid the abnormal system pressure caused by misoperation;
3. Automatic pressure charging function, automatic pressure charging before valve switching, so that the cylinder pressure can be switched after equalizing, so as to ensure the stability of cylinder pressure, avoid the impact of pipeline pressure fluctuation on adsorption, and ensure the service life of adsorbent.
