VJ6286AB is a soft and smooth silicone oil polymerized by siloxane, polyamine and polyether. It has a brand-new modified silicon
chemical structure and multi-functional groups. The product can be directly dispersed in water. Stable in working solution, no
phenomenon of oil floating and roller sticking. The product is weakly cationic and can be used for after finishing. It can give the fabric a good fluffy, soft and smooth feel. Suitable for jeans, washed cloth, sweaters, polyester chemical fiber and other fabrics, and can be used alone or in combination with other non-cationic softeners.

Features

Application:
This product is suitable for jeans, washed cloth, sweaters, polyester chemical fiber and other blended, giving the fabrics a good fluffy, soft and smooth feel.
Use method:
Dilution method: For 1:6 diluting rate: use 10KG VJ6286A and 60KG water. Firstly put 10KG VJ6286A into mixer, then 10KG water, start stirring till evenly mixed. Add the rest 50KG water and mix evenly, filter it before packaging and using.
Dosage:
Dipping: dilution 3-8%(o.w.f); bath ratio 1:10; at room temperature for 15-30min; when the PH is less than 6.0, the performance will be better.
