Product Introduction Of Cooling Tank:
The straight cooling milk tank is mainly composed of tank body,blender,refrigerating unit and electric control etc.
1. The tank wall uses an advanced honeycomb Miller plate evaporator to directly exchange heat with the milk.
2. Refrigeration Compressor Imports American Copeland fully enclosed compressor unit and imported expansion valve and solenoid valve are equipped with reliable midpoint protector, which will not burn the compressor due to overload or system failure.
3. The tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with pressurized automatic rotary cleaning CIP sprinklers and automatic mixing device.
4. The insulation layer is made of 60-80mm polyurethane foam and has good heat insulation performance.
5. Divided into vertical and horizontal. The fully automatic microcomputer control system observes the operation in one step, so that the cold raw milk is quickly reduced to the required temperature and the constant temperature is maintained.
