Johkasou
EW series purification tank(aka Johkasou translated from Japanese) is high-efficiency sewage purification equipment with the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal based on the A/A/O process.
The tank body is formed by SMC molding process at one time, which is easy to assemble and efficient with a long service life up to 30 years. The processing capacity is 1-100 tons/day.

Pre Sedimentation Zone
* Remove coarse suspended particles.
Anaerobic Zone
* Use anaerobic bacteria to degrade the concentration of organic matter in sewage.
Anoxic Zone
* Remove nitrogen.
Aerobic Zone
* Using aerobic bacteria, the activated sludge generated under the condition that the air pump provides sufficient oxygen absorbs and degrades organic matter.
Sedimentation Zone
* Using the action of gravity, the biological residues and some organic and inorganic particles that have died and fallen off during the aforementioned biochemical process are removed, and the settled sludge is returned to the anaerobic zone. For the effluent of the effluent weir in the sedimentation zone, if there is a requirement for bacterial content control, a set of disinfection dosing device (sodium hypochlorite or other disinfectant) can be installed to kill the bacteria below the required standard; the sludge deposited at the bottom, every other 3-6 months after being pulled out by the suction truck, it can be used as fertilizer for crops.
