Product Description
Automatic glue dispensing machine is to spray or dispense the glue automatically for bonding, filling, coating, sealing, etc. in the product process. The dispensing equipment has the capacity to integrate the gluing system with X/YZ movements for precise glue dispensing. The dispensing machine is easy programming with teaching pendant box, and is applicable for various glue types as glue, wide applied in semiconductor sealing, PCB electronic parts fixing and protection, mobile phone & laptop shell bonding, LCD glass substrate sealing, LED dispensing, optical lens dispensing and sealing, automotive parts coating. Chip bonding, hardware parts coating and bonding, battery sealing, horn dispensing, quantitative liquid filling, etc. According to customer’s requirement, we manufacture different kinds of automatic dispensing machines, such as: single dispensing head and single work platform series, single dispensing with R rotary axis and single work platform series, double dispensing head and double work platform series, fixture rotation series, as well as other customized mode, etc.
Product features
1.The R axis can be rotated 360° to dispense glue for the product. The dispensing mouth follows the best direction/side, and the direction can be changed at will.
2.Flexible operation, can be configured with AB two-component glue or single component glue operation
3.Operation with handheld LCD panel teach box, which is easy to program and learn.
4.With functions of drawing points, lines, surfaces, arc, circle and consecutive interpolation of irregular curves to realize any 3D non planar trajectory path.
5.Excellent teaching function to support array, graphical browsing, three dimensional elliptic, common graphical library inserting, group editing and so on.
6.The size of glue, speed of glue spread, dispensing time, time of halting dispensing can be set by parameters.
7.The glue outflow is quite stable, without leaking and dripping.
8.It is suitable for UV glue, AB glue, Epoxy (black glue), white glue, EMI conductive glue, SILICON, epoxy resin, instant glue, silver glue, red glue, tin paste, cooling paste, anti-solder paste, transparent paint, screw fixation agent, etc.
