A6: Each machine has instruction book. We also offer video support. Learning in our factory is for free. We can also send technician to your factory with cost if needed.

A7: We accept EXW, FOB NINGBO and CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q8: What about the lead time for the mass production?
A8: Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment. - Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment. - OEM Order: 20-30days after receipt of the deposit.
