Vinson Immersion heaters are made using hairpin or bugle type tubular elements using incoloy or PTFE sheathed elements that are welded or silver-brazed into a pipe or steel flange. Perfectly designed to be mounted in tanks and pressurized vessels, Vinson immersion heaters are used for heating liquid mediums or other specific types of liquids, and for heating gases (water, oil, heat transfer fluid, and corrosive solutions).

Select high-quality stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) electric heating tube inner core and outer PTFE tube (PTFE) to make, with

Attention shall be paid to the installation position of the electric heater to prevent the solid in the solution from depositing
on the surface of the electric heater, or if the liquid is too thick and the liquid level is too low, the PTFE tube (PTFE) will be burned due to the poor heat dissipation on the surface.
