Product Overview
QF intelligent full-automatic stapling machine is composed of four parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing and folding part, nail box part and counting and stacking output part.
Taiwan motors are used for all motors except variable frequency motors. Variable frequency speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (dual PLC, dual touch screen), electric adjustment of the whole machine, just input three data (length, width,height dimensions) on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically adjust in place. The operation is simple and reliable.The nailing box section and the gluing box section can be controlled separately. The maximum speed of gluing box is 180 m/min, andthe average speed of gluing box is 150 m/min; Nail box 4 nails 70 pieces/minute. High speed energy saving and labor cost saving.
