Q1: Are you a factory or trader?
A: We are a professional manufacturer from 2000,
specializing in the production and sales of various bathroom, toilet, kitchen special products, such as brass faucets, sanitary ware, showers and plumbing accessories.Annual sales of more than $10 million.
Q2: What is the warranty :
-1 to 5 years manufacture warranty;
-Defective problem has to be submitted within 7 business days after product is delivered;
-Shipping damage has to be submitted within 5 business days after product is delivered.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 50PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 50 pcs. Meanwhile,we stock some products in overseas warehouses, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 4-5 weeks.
