Adjusting the direction of the cylinder force:

Due to the process of change straight-through into bypass, the spool will be impacted by the material and air in the feed pipe, and its resistance will increase, which requires a larger driving force. The thrust of the cylinder is larger than the pulling force (in the form of a single rod), so during the process of change straight-through into bypass, we use the cylinder thrust to improve the efficiency of the cylinder and ensure smooth and reliable commutation.

Cylinder force situation:

F = P * S ( F=The force of the cylinder, P = system working pressure, S = cylinder cross-sectional area). As shown above, the force receiving area of the pulling force (F1) is S1, and the thrust (F2) is the force receiving area of S2.

The differences of pneumatic cock split valve II and III:




Valve body and valve core material change:

Generation II adopts HT300,  generation III replaces with QT600. Changes in materials and processing techniques directly reduce the deformation of parts and components, improve their own abrasion resistance, and increase the cost performance of the products.

 More stroke housing structure, improve maintenance and maintenance performance. The improved generation III only needs to remove the stroke cover to complete the valve core folding and adjustment work.





Adjusting the bearing structure:

Generation II adopts the rolling bearing structure, and generation III is the copper ring sliding bearing structure,which makes the spool operation more stable and reliable.

Increase the needle roller bearing:

Generation III adds a pair of flat needle roller bearings on the end shaft of the valve core to load the weight of the spool when the side is flat. It can ensure the flexibility of the spool rotation, reduce the force of the drive source and energy consumption, and improve efficiency and equipment service life. 

Optimized design of the inlet and outlet pipes:

Generation III optimizes the shrinkage design of the through and bypass ports, increases the sealing area of the valve core during the rotation process, and improves the commutation sealing performance.  





Change the structure of the triangular apron:

Generation III changes the shape of the original apron ring, adds multiple annular sealing grooves to the outer circle to improve the airtightness; adds multi-channel force reducing groove on the end face to reduce the friction between the contact end surface and the valve core and improve the strength.  Not only the convenience and reliability of the installation have improved, but also the sealing performance.

Change the drive coupling structure:

Generation III replaces the original straight flange with a nested nut flange structure, which can be quickly combined and installed according to the customer's requirements, improving the scope of application.
