1. What is your sample policy? Free samples: The sample fee will be refunded after the second batch order exceeds 100 pieces (mixed orders are acceptable). The maximum number of samples to be refunded is 6 pieces, and the freight is not refundable. Sample delivery date: inventory items, 2-5 days for DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. Please allow us to prepare the items within 5 days, including holidays, for domestic transportation to the carrier’s warehouse. 2. What is the minimum order quantity? Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different sizes and different colors are ordered in mixed batches, and a bundle of 10 pieces in mixed colors. 3.Are there any signs on the stock products ready to be shipped? For inventory items, there is a logo on it, but there is no contact information, you can freely sell on your own platform. 4. What is your customized policy? OEM and ODM are accepted. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces in one color. If custom labels, the MOQ is 1000 pieces. Whether it is MOQ or custom labels, our costs are justified. 5. Do you provide direct shipping services? Yes. We provide direct shipping services. 6. How often do you update new styles? New styles are updated weekly. We have about 5-10 new styles of items designed by ourselves a week. 7. What should I do if I receive any defective products? If you are dissatisfied with our products or services, please contact us immediately.

We strictly ensure the colorfastness for bulk fabric, lining & all accessories should ready ISO 4 grade and max Shrinkage is 3% for woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics which is the strictest requirement for garments business. This strict quality rule has ensured us to succeed in garment business for more than 20 years’ time. 2) For wholesale stock product service: The quality of the wholesaled stock items is depend on the price, we have thousands of products in stock for sell, we can't promise that all the products have the same quality as we need to satisfy different customer's requirements, some clients need high quality and would willing to pay higher prices, while for some other clients, they only need low price, it’s according to your requirements! 2. Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ? A: Different products has different price, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promises to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers! 3. Q: Can you give me a discount? A: Our policy is that the bigger the quantity, the cheaper the price, so we will quote you the best price based on your order quantity. Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping? A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, pls kindly understand that. If you think the freight we offered is higher than your expected, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which is cheaper, it is ok for us as well. 5. Q: How can i believe that after I payment you can send the goods to me?
