Automatic wire peeling cutting welding machine is specially designed for the purpose of stripping/peeling wire, cutting wire, and welding wire at the same time in one machine. The equipment realizes automatic wire feeding, automatic wire stripping/peeling, automatic wire cutting, and final wire welding, highly intelligent and efficient. Ii is wide apply to all kinds of wire welding on PCB board, lamp board, lamp strip, electronic components, switches, motors, three tubes, LED lights and other products, etc.

1)With LCD touch screen, the operation is simple and convenient, can set the parameters of wire feeding length, tin feeding length, preheating time, welding time, tin back time, lifting height and other soldering parameters.
2)With the function of program editing for soldering points with parameter copy, position correct, position copy, array, batch editing and modification, as well as other fast editing function, can greatly improve editing efficiency and can be easily to operator.
3)High degree of automation, wire feeding, wire stripping, wire cutting, welding wire completed at one time, one person can operate multiple machines, much more efficiency improvement.
4)One out of two wires, can be welded 2 wires of the same color or different color at the same time, efficiency increased 2 times.
5)High reliability, if the wire was not welded it can be detected automatically and stop to alarm, and can continue to begin from this solder joint.
6)two options for soldering wire feeding devices: tin breaking function/no tin breaking function.
7)Accuracy of ±0.02mm ensures the accuracy of the welding position during production.
