ATOP Roll to Roll PVD Vacuum Metallizing Coating Machine 

Suspending high vacuum rolling metalizer is designed for the metalizing the aluminum on the surface of the rolled plastic film and paper in the vacuum condition. This machine metalizes the medium on one side an used in the high level package material, decoration film or other similar applications.

Machine includes the design as following:

1)Fill-and-draw operation:Roll to Roll in the vacuum chamber

2)Double vacuum systems:Divided into Rolling chamber and Vapor chamber and each have separate vacuum pumps unit.

3)Cooling roller:The film would be cooled by the roller after metalizing rapidly.

4)Hot evaporation system:Thermal heating evaporation boats, and supply aluminum continuously.

5)Digital control of film driving system:Includes 3 groups of Servo motor

The features are shown as following:

1)2 pieces of nip rolls( angle and bending are adjustable )

2)Process control system (PLC) and auto start process.

3)Touch screen operation system.

4)filming roll which -15℃cooling and heat system to avoid the heat damage on the film.

5)Cold trap and loop cooling system.

Packed in standard exporting packing.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery: 45-70 days after the day of deposit payment (except holidays).

Machine acceptance inspection: we will inform the customer the test date of the machine within the delivery date. The customer can arrange the exact date to our workshop to inspect the machine. When the machine passing by the inspection, the customer pay the balance payment and we will transport the machine to Shanghai Port.
