One-stage RO Water System
The RO（Reverse Osmosis） water purification system was initially created for industries such as cosmetics, food, and electronics. It has gained a loyal user base due to its stable water quality and easy-to-use design. Unlike ion exchanging water purifiers, this system eliminates the need for frequent regeneration and cleaning. By utilizing the physical principle of reverse osmosis, the system allows water to pass through a membrane with a diameter of one ten-thousandth of a micron. This process effectively removes impurities, ions, microbes, and colloids from the water.
So how does the RO water purification system work?
It utilizes a pressure-driven separation process known as reverse osmosis, which employs a semipermeable membrane and cross-flow filtration principles. This technology provides the highest level of filtration available. The RO membrane acts as a barrier to all salts, inorganic molecules, and organic molecules with a molecular weight greater than approximately 100, making it highly effective at removing contaminants.

Working Process
The working process of the system involves the raw water pump that provides pressure to the quartz sand filter/active carbon filter. The quartz sand filter eliminates turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, and colloid. The active carbon filter removes color, free chloride, organic matter, and harmful substances. The softener resin exchanges ions of calcium and magnesium using the most common and simplest method. The micron filter prevents large particles, bacteria, and viruses from entering the RO membrane with an accuracy of 5um. The high pressure pump provides the necessary pressure to the RO membrane, and the RO system is the heart of the plant, with a desalting rate up to 99%, which removes over 99% of ions. Finally, the UV sterilizer purifies the water as it runs through a stainless steel chamber containing a special UV-producing lamp.
