Tape Cutting Machine for BOPP Tape Jumbo Roll Machine
1. Application:
For making cutting AND SLICING the copper foil adhesive Tape .
2. Features:
1. Four shafts make the machine more efficient.
2. Each machine motion is programmable by PLC, easy and flexible operation.
3. Silicon lubricating system: the silicon lubricant prevents adhesives from clinging to the cutting blade, and ensures it’s cutting smooth each time.
4. Each cut is exactly where It´s supposed to be cut and positioned by the combination of a servo motor-ballscrew and precision slide-heaving rails. The precise of servo motor is 0.02mm.
5. The hydraulic pressure holds upper and lower tape rolls firmly against the cutting blade, no matter how large or small the roll diameter.
