     TC-907 High performance phenolic type vinyl resin, features finished product light color, superior mechanical properties and chemical resistance at elevated temperature, excellent solvent resistance, high heat distortion temperature make this resin performs good under 180℃

Other notice

<1>. This resin with above property is for hand lay up , filament winding, and pulltrusion process.<2>. TC-907 reactive resin should be stored under shelter , shall open barrel cover and filled with air to prolong storage time if the resin has been stored for long time.

<3>. TC-907 gel property is mainly affected by the accelerator content and the concentration of the hardener. Due to the difference of the hardener, the humidity, the pigment filler and other additives will affect the hardening characteristics. Therefore, it is recommended that the operator design the product. Under certain operating conditions, the hardening characteristics are tested first in small quantities.

 

 

Liquid resin package and storage conditions

 

1.Packed in metal barrel , 220kg/barrel (about 85.6 us gallons)

2.Try to prevent liquid resin from directly sunshine and heat resource

3.Prohibit open before use

4.Flammable, should keep away from open fire

4.Shelf life is 4 month under 25℃

5.Store and operate in a dry, well-ventilated place
