DM-6524 is a one-component damp-cured reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive. Used after heating for a few minutes untilmolten, with good initial bond strength after cooling for a few minutes at room temperature. And moderate open time, and excellentelongation, fast assembly, and other advantages. Product moisture chemical reaction curing after 24 hours is 100% content solid,and irreversible.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
* Chemical type: Reactive-polyurethane hot melt adhesive
* Appearance (uncured): Light yellow solid, molten state is transparent liquid
* Composition: One-component moisture curing
* Viscosity: High bonding strength
* Use: After several minutes of heating and melting, it can be used
* Features: good initial bonding strength, moderate opening time, excellent elongation, rapid assembly and environmentalfriendliness

PRODUCT FEATURE
* Low heating melting temperature (90-110°C) allows bonding of a wide range of materials and
applications.
* Open for 35 seconds, allowing shorter assembly time.
* After 4 hours of moisture exposure at room temperature, the curing strength will exceed 60%
(depending on ambient temperature and humidity).
*High bonding strength, allowing for quick loading and unloading process and testing.
* Single component hot melt adhesive, easy to use, with the extension of reaction time to form
a high crosslinked tough polyurethane mesh polymer, high strength.
* Good adhesion to metals, ceramics, plastics, coatings and textiles without the need for other
initiators.

* It is suitable for bonding plastic, metal, glass, aluminum and stainless steel with excellent bonding strength.
