A: We're motor manufacture and also have professional export department.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: 15 months for motors, other parts with 1 year warranty time.
Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we offer sample for quality check, but we do not supply free sample. Moreover, some samples support to customized.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It usually takes 10-15 days, but the exact delivery time might be different for customized products. Once we confirmed the all details of order, we will put all source into it.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For big order T/T 30% as deposit, and 70%before delivery, for small order pay by T/T or paypal 100% in advance.
Q: Does your products with CE certification?
A: Yes, our motor with Certification (CE, CCC), and our factory with certification of ISO9001.
