Conical twin-screw extruder(SJZ series ) is composed of barrel, screw ,gear transimssion system,measurable feeding,vacuum system,heating,cooling and electronic control components.

It is mainly used in plasticizing,extruding and forming PVC pipe ,plate,sheet,film,profile,and granule,etc.

4. Screw and barrel: 1. Coninal twin screw, material is Bimetallic. 

                                   2.  Barrel front part wraps copper wire to control the barrel temperature, which is good for producing high 

                                         intensive designed products, such as PVC windows and doors profile. 

                                   3. Screw core adopt oil temperature control.

5. Barrel heater: We have aluminium heater, ceramic heater and far infared heater for your option.

Aluminium heater which is very stable when use. 

Ceramic heater for fast heating when in use.

Far- infared heater can save much power. 

6. Gear reducer: we have vertical type or horizontal type for your option.

Vertical type gear reducer, more table and save space.

1. We have pvc material collecting tank when vacuum system suction out the PVC material.

2. we also have vacuum pushing device to push the pvc material into the extruder screw chamber to avoid the material get burnt which will result in the final extrusion product to change color.
