NOTE:
YMMotor Mid Drive Motor comes with encoder type(different from hall type), which are more stable especially on flux weakening status, and it ONLY matches with encoder type controller! Here we have 8 wires and 7 wires encoder for choice, only different on temp GND wire, it depends on your controller encoder design.
Pls note that this mid drive motor is taper shaft design, and match with synchronous wheel(not included with the motor).

A: 15 months for motors, other parts with 1 year warranty time.

A: Yes, we offer sample for quality check, but we do not supply free sample. Moreover, some samples support to customized.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It usually takes 10-15 days, but the exact delivery time might be different for customized products. Once we confirmed the all details of order, we will put all source into it.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For big order T/T 30% as deposit, and 70%before delivery, for small order pay by T/T or paypal 100% in advance.
