Filling valve is made of stainless steel, with built-in ptfe seal, non-toxic and tasteless, safe and hygienic.

Widely used in filling, packaging machinery, especially for viscous, paste liquid filling easy to foam.

Fast filling speed, precision and stability. The valve is delicate and compact for easy pipe layout.

The bottom of the filling head is specially designed for sealing, which can realize filling without dripping.

There are 3 types of filling valves for filling.

1. Outseals, the filling rods are inserted into the bottom of the bottle and the liquid is discharged in a spraying state.

2. Inner seal type: the filling lever can be placed at the lower part of the bottle mouth, and the liquid is discharged in a direct state.

3. Suction back type: the valve inner rod is hollow, better to suck foam and viscous media back into the wall, better to achieve the effect of anti-drip.

 

DN15, can make nozzle diameter from 10mm ~20mm

DN25 with nozzle diameter 35mm,nozzle length 150mm or 180mm

DN32 with nozzle diameter 42mm,nozzle length 150mm
