Pall ring is a kind of tower packing. In comparison with Rasching ring,the structure is improved. Metallic Pall Ring has the characteristics of low pressure drop, big flux and high efficiency. Compared with the Pall Ring for the same size, HYPAK packing has lower pressure drop and higher transfer efficiency. Furthermore, it has good liquid distribution in the packing layer. It is used in various separation, absorption, deabsorption divice, atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, ammonia synthesis decarbonization, desulphurization, separation of methylbenzene, etc.
