Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
We are manufacturer. We have our own factory.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?


Generally, it will take 20 to 40 days after receipt of your deposit but exact delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For OBM items,we have stock for it.We can deliver it in two days after receipt of full payment.

Q3: How about your MOQ?
we acceptable small orders for OBM items and MOQ just one carton. Regarding OEM, MOQ will be 3600-5000pcs.

Q4: Do you provide samples ? Is it free ?
Yes, we're willing to offer the sample for free, but you will need to pay for the shipping.

Q5: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.


 


Q6: What are your payment terms ?


30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance.
