1. How do you design a tool coil lanyard ?

2. what’s safety factor does your product use?
General, use a 5 to 1 or 3 to 1 safety factor when we design it.
eg: breaking load is (1000N) 100kg, safety factor is 5:1 (200N), Breaking strength should never be considered the rope's working load.
3. I would get a flexible cable assembly, how do I choose?
The same diameter of steel wire cable ,the 7X19 construction is more flexible than the 7X7 construction.
eg:1/16’’7X19 steel wire rope more flexible than 1/16’’7X7
4. Which material should I choose?
Stainless steel cable has better corrosion resistance, but more expensive and slightly less tensile strength than galvanized steel cable.
If it is used for general industry, galvanized steel is ok, as for marine environment, stainless steel wire cable will be recommended. It
depends on you application.
5.What’s the lead time of my order?
It is largely depending on the size of your order. Normally, 20days. If you are in urgent need of it, we will try our best to meet your requirement.
