Scope of application:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese petroleum industry standard GB/T17144, and is suitable for the detection of carbon residue in petroleum products. The range applicable to the determination of carbon residue is 0.10% to 30.0% (m/m) of petroleum products. This tester is also applicable to petroleum products composed of distillate oil with a carbon residue value below 0.10% (m/m).

Performance characteristics:

2. Foreign advanced gas flow meters are used, equipped with high-precision electromagnetic valves, and the nitrogen flow is automatically adjusted during the test without manual intervention.
3. Adopt foreign high-precision temperature control module, PID tuning, high temperature control accuracy, and stable heating rate.
4. During the entire test process, nitrogen is used to protect the air flow, ensuring that the test is safe and reliable.
5. The host computer is controlled by a microprocessor program, which automatically heats up during the test, automatically adjusts, stores, and prints nitrogen gas flow, and automatically shuts down after the test.
6. Weigh the sample with a high-precision electronic balance (optional).
