1. Minew BLE5.0 solutions consist of three parts: Gateway, ESLs and Cloud platform.
2. Gateway G1-D is base station. The communcation with ESLs and Cloud platform is Bi-Directional.

3. What distance of the gateway? How many tags it can bind?
Normally the distance of gateway is 25-30 meters in radius. Theoretically, a gateway can bind as many as 5000pcs ESLs, however binding less than 1000pcs is recommended for faster refreshing time.
4. Template can be customized?
Minew ESL solutions support DIY template, With our software,everyone is the designer.
5. Is it with battery? how long time of the battery?
Yes, build-in lithium battery with 5 years battery lifetime, replaceable.
6. How about warranty?
1 year. Provide lifetime technical support.
7. We don't need your cloud, Can I use my own system.
Minew ESL solutions: Gateway, ESLs, and Cloud platform, Cloud is mandatory, however, we offer SDK/API for integration, Also support local installation on your own server.
