Injection molded Ferrite is another molding process of magnet category. Compared to injection molded NdFeB, the difference of injection molded Ferrite lies in different magnetic powder utilized, therefore injection molded ferrite has lower magnetic properties due to ferrite features, but it costs much less than that of NdFeB.
I. Injection Bonded Ferrite Magnet Properties
It is a new kind of composite permanent magnetic material with the features of flexible shaping, precision dimension, adjustable magnetic properties, fine coherence, composite molding, elastic magnetization and high mechanical strength.

The injection bonded ferrite magnet is widely applied in core components and parts of micro machine, location sensor, buzzer, contactless distributor For automotive and home appliance industry.

0.005mm, it is suitable for high precision parts

components without further assembly process
