Two-stage LC+ common-mode DC EMI EMI interference filter

Circuit introduction:

The circuit is composed of three parts. The first part is the first-level LC filter circuit, the second part is the common-mode EMI filter, and the third part is the second-level LC filter circuit.

Generally known as passive filter, LC filter is a traditional harmonic compensation device composed of inductors and capacitors, which can filter out harmonics in the power supply single or multiple times and purify the DC power supply

Common-mode filtering can suppress the interference of fast transient group pulses with a repetition rate of several thousand Hertz for some users.

PCB specification is FR4 42*77*1.6mm, large current circuit minimization design, short path, can withstand greater current, less interference to the outside.

The inductor has 2A,4A,10A,20A four specifications.

Input: DC no more than 50V (higher voltage can be replaced with electrolytic capacitor lift)

Output: DC.

Current: Optional supply of 2A.4A.10A.20A on demand
