Microcomputer PID LCD display controller, accurate temperature control, fixed value operation and timing operation (1300°C furnace has no timing function);
The heating element is nickel chromium wire (carbon silicon rod for 1300°C furnace) which has good thermal conductivity;
Stainless steel inner door liner, easy to clean;
Ceramic fiber chamber, which has the characteristics of light weight, fast heating, low energy consumption and good heat insulation;
The insulation layer adopts ceramic fiber loose cotton and expanded pearl (1300°C furnace adopts ceramic fiberboard);
Whole chamber outer wall ventilation design, which can keep the shell within 40°C during working;
Over current, over-voltage, leakage, short circuit, open door power off and other safety protections;
380V furnace adopts splicing structure, which is convenient for maintenance;
1300°C furnace has a removable cover plate for replacing and maintaining the heating element.
