Automatic Vertical Washing and Drying Machine VGM2800
1. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for Low-e glass detection.
2.The power of three groups of brushes is driven by 6 motors. The connection mode is coupling, the brush motor is directly connected with the brush to avoid idling of the brush.
3.The washing zone are made of stainless steel and corrosion-proof material, water heating function available.
4.The three groups of brushes are controlled by 6 circuits respectively. The problems of one group of brush circuits will not affect the other brush circuits.
5. High-speed air blower equipped with air heating device, can quickly dry the glass.
6.To ensure the washing quality, the water conductivity should not exceed 40µs/cm.
* Section 2 cleaning section is made of stainless steel, and all bearing bases are made of stainless steel.
* 02 end brush bearing is self-aligning bearing with long service lift and high precision.
* The three groups of brushes are controlled by 6 circuits respectively. The problems of one group of brush circuits will not affect the other brush circuits.
*The whole drying cabinet uses a sound insulation cotton with10mm thicknesse, which could reduce noise pollution effectively
The front 3 brushes are with 0.1mm diameter brush hair, and the back 3brushes are with 0.2mm diameter brush hair, which can easily wash low-e glass.
Air knife with Germany Bystronic technology, the front air knives angle can be adjusted manually. Generally, the angle between
air knife and glass surface is 40°.

The feet of the air blower are equipped with rubber feet pads to reduce the vibration when the high power motor running and stabilize the air blower position.
