A: For custom sample: 100% deposit before creating the molds. For batch order, 40% deposit before mass production, 60% balance before delivery.

A: Leadtime for custom sample: 7-10 days, Leadtime for mass production: 30-35 days.
Q: Can you provide designing service?
A: Yes, we have a special team offering designing service, to make your case outstanding and unique.
We can also provide CAD drawing / 3D mold drawing for your approval.
Q: Do you have any quality certifications ?
A: Yes, we can provide you with SGS ROHS, REACH testing reports. Working with us, never worry about quality issues.
Q: How can you make sure the quality?
A: We will do full inspection before delivery to make sure all cases are good to ship. If any case can't be sold due to quality issue, we can refund your money back.
