is highly efficient, silane-siloxance based powdery hydrophobic agent, which composed silicon active ingredients enclosed by protective
colloid.
This easily used admixture makes such materials more hydrophobic and resistant to the structural damage or appearance problems caused by excess
moisture and sunlight (UV) degradation.

Application range





KD SHP500 Silicone Hydrophobic Powder adds hydrophobic properties to cement-based materials
including concrete, stucco, plaster, grout and mortar.
• Mixes easily for economically making materials hydrophobic
• Increases water repellency with no post-treatment required
• Reduces water penetration via surface and capillary action
• Decreases water absorption, even in direct contact up to 24 hours

Storage



It is added to other powdery components to get the mixed homogenous formulation.
The dosage should be 0.3%-1% of the total dry mixture by weight. The final required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the actual application.
