How a Fuel Injector Works: The basic function of a fuel injector is to supply the engine with fuel. The injector sprays (injects) fuel into the cylinder of the engine through a nozzle so that the internal combustion process can begin. The fuel must be delivered at the right time, in the right amount, and at the correct pressure, angle, and spray pattern The Engine Control Unit (ECU) is the central computer or “brain” of any vehicle and manages many individual components, such as the fuel injector. Via various sensors, the ECU makes sure the injector sprays fuel at the right time and in the right amount so the correct air/fuel mixture is created. A vehicle’s fuel pump pushes gasoline from the tank, through fuel lines, and into the fuel injectors. When the ECU determines fuel is needed, it communicates this to the fuel injector solenoid which then opens to allow the pressurized fuel to spray into the cylinder.
Fuel nozzle fault performance:
* Fuel hole is clogging * Poor sealing. Poor sealing of the needle valve and the needle valve body, resulting in poor atomization or oil leakage of the injector * Has air in the oil circuit * Poor oil supply * Insufficient spring force of the piston spring or spring break * Piston wear, which affects oil supply
How to judge the injector is clogged or damaged?
* Engine noise is getting bigger, especially in low gear and below 2500 rpm * The throttle response is not sensitive, the acceleration is not smooth, and the throttle will have obvious hysteresis. * The idling range is small, especially when starting, the jitter is obvious, and it is not easy to eliminate. The 1st and 2nd gears have a slight lack of cylinder feel. * Engine fault light is on
How to solve the problem of nozzle clogging or damaged?
Cleaning by "slinging bottle"
Cleaning with a non-removal cleaning machine, cleaning the carbon in the cylinder with a cleaning agent instead of oil burning,then it is discharged through the discharge system.

Advanced ultrasonic cleaning. Need to remove the injector, you can use ultrasonic to detect whether the injector has atomization, response, switch sensitivity, oil leakage, etc. However, the pinhole of the spool is not easily cleaned because the solenoid valve of the injector does not move during the cleaning process.
