Usage characteristics:

Lower the shuttle holder and the shuttle, and align the tail of the shuttle with the position of the machine needle as correct. 4. There are two thread clamps on the shoe machine for adjusting the upper and lower threads. The first one only serves as a thread guide and should not be tightened. The second one serves as an adjustment, such as when the surface thread is loose or tight. The upper thread can be adjusted to tighten the thread clamp, and when the lower thread is loose, the shuttle screw can be loosened slightly. On the contrary, when the upper thread is tight and the lower thread is pulled onto the surface thread, the thread clamp can be relaxed. Due to different sewing materials, such as the thicker product you are sewing, If the wire clamp is fully relaxed or tight, or if the wire is about to break, you can loosen the wire jumper screw, move the wire jumper position upwards, lean towards the machine head, and increase the excess wire amount. On the contrary, if the product to be sewn is thinner, tighten the thread clamp or float the thread, and move the thread holder back down.
