Usage characteristics:

Generally, 3X3 silk threads are used for online production. If you choose extra thin or thick (such as 3X5 thread), you need to change the needle or customize it separately.
2. The adjustment of needle pitch can adjust the needle pitch nut, and the needle pitch can be freely selected. The maximum width of the needle pitch is 1.6 cm, and the minimum is 0.3 cm.
3. The placement position of the shuttle holder: Pull out the presser foot wrench, open the needle plate, shake the large plate, and make the rocker stop at the same position as the shuttle bed. At this time, the machine needle falls into the needle slot and is about to be lifted. Lower the shuttle holder and the shuttle, and align the tail of the shuttle with the position of the machine needle as correct. Pull out the bottom thread by 2-3cm, close the needle lever, and shake the large plate to bring the bottom thread onto the needle plate. If the position of the shuttle is incorrect, and the bottom thread cannot be brought on, the thread will be broken.
