The Medical Tyvek Blister Sealing Machine is Mainly applies to seal Tyvek and Blister (like PVC、PET、PETG etc.). It’s used for the packaging process such as toys, stationery,foods, commodity, cosmetics, hardware, medical products, etc.
Working Principle:
The machine uses the heating from upper pressing board. It seals paper and blister perfectly, and the sealed products are not only with moisture-proof and dustproof function, but also with eye-catching appearance.

Features:
1. The machine uses two big cylinders and four guide pins to guide the pressure plate.It is flatter and more stable pressure. The paper and blister can be sealed perfectly.
2. Cylinder drives mold plate, which can increase production efficiency.
3. Fix with Φ120mm cylinder to drive pressure plate. That can get higher pressure, stable sealing and good looking.
4. Install the emergency stop button, can stop working anytime, ensure the safety of operator and reducing the output of defective products.
5. SUS304 machine body, 30mm thickness of pressure plate can avoid deformation during high temperature working.
