Q1: Can I have samples before mass production? A: Yes, we have sample stock ，you can order sample first. Please notice that our
sample price is different from mass production prices.
Q2:Do u support OEM/ODM service?
A:Yes,we do support,we have experienced R&D team,so welcome to place OEM/ODM orders to us.
Q3: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes you can. For change logo and colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces per order or for specific discussion.
Q4: What is the payment term?
A: For sample order, it's 100% TT advance. For mass production order, we accept payments TT, L/C,DD,DP, Trade Assurance.
Q5:How about the delivery time?
A:Usually for sample order 1-5 days,for mass order 5-25 days
Q6: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: We would start quality control process since the beginning of production. During the whole process we would proceed IQC, OQC,
FQC, QC, PQC and etc.
