Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Catherine Reply: We are both factory and trading company. As for factory, we develop sound modules, sound books and educational sound toys. And for trading company, for something with LED light or sounds, if we don't have any existing mold, we will look for it and work for you.
Q2: Can I order only 100pcs -500pcs for trial order?
Catherine Reply: Our standard MOQ is 5000pcs, as most of electronic parts are 5000pcs/tray. But for better support, 3000pcs is also available, but 100-500pcs is not recomended because of the much higher cost.
Q3: How should I do if I want to buy sound books from you?
Catherine Reply: If you would like to make sound books with us, pls send us your audios or sounds in MP3/WAV format, as well as your book design in PDF. And then we will work sample for you.
Q4: Could you provide design service for us?
Catherine Reply: Sorry for it, we don't have any designer at our factory, only engineers for inner structure and electronics.
Q5: What's your delivery time?
Catherine Reply: For sound modules, it takes about 35-45 days after sample approved and deposit received.
Q6: Can I get a sample for testing?
Catherine Reply: Yes, factory available sample and customized samples are available for your quality testing.
