Usage method

Installation of drill bit: Loosen the two perpendicular top screws at the front of the spindle, install the drill bit, align the two planes of the drill bit handle with the top screw, and tighten the top screw

Adjusting the top block: There are four top blocks at the bottom of the fixture, with different types of top block position markings on the specific sides of the card. Loosen the top block bolts (without unscrewing them), adjust the top block position according to the type of steel rail drilled, and tighten the bolts

Add fuel: Unscrew the tank cap on top of the mailbox, add 90#(or 93#) gasoline, and tighten the tank cap.

Before starting the engine/gearbox, it is necessary to add four stroke motorcycle lubricating oil (engine oil)

Clamping drilling machine: The vertical use of the clamping wire can be used as a handle. Lift the drilling machine, make the side of the upper beam of the clamping tool close to the side of the ruler block, tighten the clamping wire, and jam the rail.

Connect cooling water: This machine is equipped with a pressure kettle. Fill the kettle with cool water and tighten the lid. There is a water pipe joint on the side of the drilling machine. Connect the water pipe with the water pipe joint of the drilling machine and press the pressure pot to check that the system should not leak.

Attention: The water pressure system should have pressure. If there is no pressure, it should not be used, otherwise the drill bit will be burned

Start the gasoline engine: Operate the gasoline engine strictly according to the instructions.

The spindle can only rotate when the gasoline engine's speed reaches 2000rpm. Increase the throttle to make the spindle speed reach 400rpm, open the cooling water, turn the feed handle, and start drilling operation.

Check the lubricating grease of the machine once a year. If it is missing or contaminated, add or replace it. The lubricating grease should be No.1 calcium sodium based grease

Operation precautions:

Check before starting, the body is as follows;

1.1 Check the clamping rail condition: according to different rail types, install the positioning block and adjust the top wire of the clamping rail part. If it is too loose, the clamping card is not strong; if it is too tight, it is easy to damage the clamping device.

1.2 Check that the spindle can drill in and out freely, without jamming phenomenon.

2\\ When starting up, idling the drilling machine for half a minute, and then drilling after the running balance and no abnormal phenomenon.

3\\ When drilling, even force should not be too fierce to prevent the bit from getting stuck.

4\\ When the hole is to be drilled through, slow down and reduce the force to prevent damage to the drill bit.

5\\ Stop the drill immediately after the drill is finished. Do not touch the drill with your hand before the drill is finished.

When repairing, maintaining, or replacing parts, the next position should be repaired

8\\ Check the place for oil leakage before starting. If there is oil leakage, it is strictly prohibited to operate. After finishing the work, drain the gasoline to prevent fire.
